Intl. Commu. Social Media Executive (Tourist Marketing)

  • Manage tourist online sites for Central Department Store and Central Embassy including 2 websites and 2 Facebook pages (5 Nationalities for Central Department Store and 2 Nationalities for Central Embassy, different content for each nationality), VKontakte, Google (SEM and Display Network), Baidu (SEM and Display Network), and Weibo

  • Provide performance marketing budget plan, work closely with agencies and translators

  • Execute online content for potential customers from various target tourist countries, monitor statistics for maximum impact.

  • Work on Google SEM, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Wordpress, etc.

  • Assist manager in creating on-offline campaigns and event for tourists

  • Coorperate with tourist partnership team and credit card team on online campaign communication

  • Translate Central Department Store's tourist on-off site official announcement

  • Provide copywriting for in-store media.

  • Design social media based CTA display ads (Key Visual based)

  • Work on Tableau to generate international sales reports for management level

  • Market visit to all Central Department Store tourist branches nationwide.
