• Manage and monitor up to 48 sellers from all tier including SME and Malls in all performance aspect: in-app commercial, social affiliate (content and ads), GMV, NMV, flash sale, campaign, operational task and problem solving

• Recommend suitable campaigns and offer consultant for sellers

• Responsible for team's affiliate campaigns and initiatives, and team's graphic request

• Project owner of Electronics team's Telco SMS Affiliate Campaign (SMS Shooting) coorperating with all PIC from FMCG+EL Cluster

• Tiktok KOL campaign

• Provide performance data and initiatives' experiment result for weekly cluster lead meeting

• Social media ads training for sellers: Facebook & Google SEM

• New joiner training
